  • How close is the clubhouse to the townhome?

    The townhome is about a 2-3 minute walk from the clubhouse. By car you can get there in less than 30 seconds.

  • Which way does the townhome's splash pool face?

    The splash pool faces to the west and slightly south. The splash pool receives sunlight from late morning til sunset.

  • Do I need pool heating?

    Pool heat is recommended to make the water in the splash pool comfortable from October to May. Some guests find they do not need it depending on the weather during their stay. The clubhouse pool is heated year round and available to all our guests.

    Pool heating may be requested or cancelled after booking. However, an additional fee will be charged to send a pool technician to turn on/off the heat if at least 2 weeks notice is not given.

  • What is provided by the townhome?

    All linens, towels, silverware, dishes are provided. A starter pack of a roll of toilet paper and hotel soap in each bathroom and a roll of paper towels in the kitchen is provided.

    Guests are expected to supply their own detergents, toiletries and any additional paper products, garbage bages, etc they may require. A previous guest may have left extra soap, detergent or paper products but there will be no guarantees that any will be in the townhome when you arrive for your stay.

    The owners or management company will not be responsible for providing any supplies beyond the previously described starter pack.

  • How close is Disney World?

    The driving times to the individual parks. Actual times may vary depending on the season and road conditions.
    Disney's Animal Kingdom 7-9 minutes.
    Disney's Hollywood Studios 8-11 minutes.
    Epcot Center 9-13 minutes
    Magic Kingdom 15-18 minutes

  • Is there regular maid/houskeeping service?

    Unlike hotels, there is no daily housekeeping service unless otherwise paid for. The townhome is professionally cleaned before each guest checks in.
